Canning

There was a lot of useful information shared on Canning at this month's cooking class. Those there were Heidi, Cindy, Kara, Yessika, Evelyn, LeGay, Vanessa, Afton and Peggy. Information and ideas were shared while tasting canned pear jam and canned butter on bread, crackers with dip, bran flax muffins and canned peaches and pears.

Heidi talked about the basic steps of using a pressure canner and how to can pears or other fruit.
